My name is Megan McCrary, but everyone who knows me just calls me Meg. I'm a 21 year old film student at Saddleback College, and I'll be obtaining my certificate in late 2026!
Ever since I was a little girl, I've been thinking up ideas for my art and stories, as well as exactly how I'd execute them once I got old enough to. When I entered my early teens, I locked in my big dream of becoming a writer/director for independent films in order for my ideas to come to life, as well as simply creating for the sake of creating!
Apart from filmmaking/storytelling, I have a deep love for fashion, ALL kinds of music (but especially alt rock!), political activism, and SO MUCH more! On my free time, I love doing DIY projects, illustrating, dressing unique, journaling and making zines!
In regards to my filmmaking, I take a very avant-garde, experimentally surreal, and feminine approach to my work. I pride myself in making very unique things, and that applies to all of my art. I strive to be as different as possible, in the best way possible!.
